Johnsonia pubescens whole Johnsonia pubescens flower

This small tufted perennial plant is endemic to south western Australia. Possibly named after the English botanist Thomas Johnson, it was found growing in what looked like pure sand on a wide footpath through the reserve. According to the texts it can be white, pink or even green in colour.
