This striking [plant was twining itself around various woodland shrubs and in close proximity to Hardenbergia comptoniana (Native Wisteria) which is a deep blue colour. There is a possibility that this plant is not Kennedia coccinea but Chorizema diversilfolium which can have narrow or wide leaves like this plant - I don't have enough information to separate the two definitively at the moment but if you are an Australian Wild Flower expert and can spot some telling Id feature please let me know.
