This is one of our common Forget-me-nots but is one of those which requires a bit of examination to separate it from its likely neighbours. It often grows near M. scorpiodes (Water Forget-me-not) so you need to take a book explaining the differences because they don't look that dissimilar at first glance.

It is distributed throughout the British Isles.
