This low growing shrub was seen everywhere on the rocky cliffs and land above the tide line here on Gozo. It took some time to find out what this common plant was but its distinctive flowers which reminded me of Teucrium scorodonia (Wood Sage) were the defining character. The flowers can be white or pale lilac.
