Anemone narcissiflora Narcissus-flowered Anemone
This tall plant which grows in the Pyrenees, the Alps and the Apennines was in perfect condition at the edge of a meadow full of orchids. The light was poor but most of our party managed to get some good shots of this beautiful flower which was just as well because we never saw it again on our various walks in the Pyrenees.
