Sedum Forsterianum   Rock Stonecrop










This wasn't supposed to be a picture of a plant. We had stopped by the side of the road because a huge cloud of Gatekeeper butterflies was flitting from flower to flower on this patch of S. forsterianum. As we approached they flew up so I managed to get only one distant shot of a gatekeeper but a moderately acceptable photo of the plant they were attracted to.
