Euclidia glyphica   Burnet Companion

Euclidia glyphica

Whilst hunting for Sorbus hibernica (Irish Whitebeam) we found what we thought was a Dingy Skipper but it tuned out to be a moth with which it is often confused. The Burnet Companion is so named because it is often found flying at the same time and place of the easily recognisable Burnet Moth.
