Limentis camilla   White Admiral

Limentis camilla

The sole food plant of this butterfly is Lonicera periclymenum (Honeysuckle) but as is often the case the adult like many species, feeds on plentiful bramble flowers. We had hoped to see a White Admiral in these woods but were surprised and delighted to count eight butterfly species which were fluttering around this one Breckland glade.
