Re-directed to Schedonorus arundinaceus.

This plant is a tufted grass which has broad leaves distinct nodes on the stem. It is found in rough grassland and in dunes like these near the sea. It is found throughout England, Wales and Ireland and is common in Scotland except on the high mountains.
